It is important and helpful to know about the company policy before initiating business with us. Absolute Digitizer is comprised of Embroidery Digitizing  and Vector Conversion Services. The dealing is subject to the following terms. Here is a quick look:

Copyright Policy:

We design and digitize exclusively for our customers. Once we have sent the finished work to the customers, they are owner of the product and may use it as they like. Our domain is to convert the given artwork or logo to an embroidery file or vector file and we charge exclusively for this service. Our database keeps the record for one month only (of course, after sending to the customer), we will not be responsible for the record after it. We are obligated not to reuse or resell the designs under any circumstances. It is the responsibility of the customers to check the designs for copyright. They will be held responsible for providing copyright material.


Refund Policy:

All sales are final. There will be no trial terms as the files are of electronic nature. Once sent to the customer, they are considered sold. You can claim edits but there will be no refunds. There is 15 days period for free editing. If you buy designs from us for resizing or conversion or even opening  and then saving in your own software, then you are doing it at your own risk. Absolute Digitizer is not responsible for the quality of the converted or resized files or failure to convert or to resize them. These files are meant to run directly on an embroidery machine.

 

Privacy Policy:

Your information is strictly confidential and will not be exposed to any third party. We will store your information as long as we need. After that, it will be deleted from our system. 2checkout.com is our reseller and it doesn’t provide any sensitive information about your Paypal account or credit card to us.
